A lover’s wine no doubt. A brilliant rosé to mimic a fascinating winter sunset. Hues of red, orange and pink salmon will remind you of the eye of a peacock.

Aromas of strawberries, watermelon, honeydew melon and kiwi reside with hints of violets.

In the pallet, ripe ruby grape fruit and lemon zest begin the frenzy balanced by surprising mid pallet weight and racy acids that bring the wine full circle. A surprise attack of white chocolate on the finish will have you pour another glass.

This is a perfect wine to have with fresh leafy greens and citrus vinaigrette with your favorite chevre goat cheese or other mild soft cheeses such as Thom Cruesse.

Or, drop a bottle in ice to serve poolside. Swimsuit optional.
